KuulSeats is so much simpler to use than our previous system and the staff find it a pleasure to use. 

Being able to share relevant menus to sittings and pre-orders for groups is also very helpful.

Having used other systems before I was first a little wary of using KuulSeats as it was a new product on the market. How wrong could I have been! The support from the team at both the demo and setup side was second to none. Not only do these guys understand their system very well, they really do understand restaurants and the situations we deal with every day. The system has so much flexibility but is always simple to use. Even if I was unsure the support team jumped straight on a call with me and showed me how it was done and never seemed like they were rushing me away or just trying to tick a 'Case closed' box which I have experienced before.

I have just had my first year running a Pub after spending many years in another industry.

The demise of the paper diary...


I ran my restaurant using a paper diary, and was very reluctant to change. However, when Shanice rang and offered me a free trial with KuulSeats, I thought I would at least try it out and see if it was an improvement. I was pleasantly surprised at how simple & efficient the system was. I had many questions, which Shanice & her team were able to answer. I had great on site support which was really helpful. I now have a fully functioning reservations operation that no longer relies on my staff answering the phone. Needless to say, the paper diary has not been renewed with a 2026 version.  Great experience .
