Cookie Policy

Who we are

This policy explains how Bookings and Beyond Ltd t/as KuulSeats (“KuulSeats”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on kuulseats.com, business.kuulseats.com and the KuulSeats app (together, “our sites”).

The short version

We use essential cookies so our sites work and stay secure.
We use analytics to understand how people use our sites, so we can improve them.
We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels.
We never sell your data.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Some sites also use similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, which work in much the same way. This policy covers both, and we call them all “cookies” here.

Essential cookies

These are needed for our sites to work, so they cannot be switched off. On kuulseats.com and in the KuulSeats app they:

Keep you signed in and protect your account, for example our session cookie and the XSRF-TOKEN security cookie.
Remember your cookie notice choice (kuulseatscookieconsent).
Display the site correctly on your device (appledevice and devicesize).

Analytics

We use analytics to see which pages are visited, how people find us and where our sites can be improved. We use:

Google Analytics on kuulseats.com. Google sets the _ga and _ga_ cookies, which last up to 2 years. Google processes this data on our behalf.
Visit tracking on business.kuulseats.com. Our website and CRM provider, HighLevel, sets a visitor ID cookie (msgsndr_id) and keeps a record of your visits in your browser’s local storage, such as the pages you viewed and how you arrived (for example the website or campaign that referred you). If you send us an enquiry through a form, this helps us understand how you found us.
Cloudflare Web Analytics. This counts page visits and measures site performance without setting cookies or identifying you.

Other services

Our sites load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver the fonts, Google receives your IP address, but no cookies are set.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies or allow advertisers to track you on our sites.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How to manage cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, usually under Privacy or Security. Search your browser’s help pages for “cookies” for step-by-step instructions. If you block essential cookies, some parts of our sites, such as signing in, will not work.

You can also stop Google Analytics on any website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
